Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

We reply within 24 hours on business days. Anything sent over the weekend is answered Monday.

What to include

Your order number if you have one, and a photo if something arrived damaged or looks wrong. It saves a round of emails and we can usually sort it in one reply.

Starting a return

Email us with your order number and which items you want to send back, and we will reply with instructions. Please wait for those before posting anything — parcels sent back without a requested return cannot be accepted.

Faster than emailing
