Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, there is no cost to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returns may be shipped to our international warehouse. Customers are responsible for completing customs declarations, and any customs duties or fees charged on the return may be deducted from the refund.

Condition for Return
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. If visible signs of wear, washing, or damage are found upon inspection, a reduction in refund value may apply.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@bynovanoir.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with your options and next steps. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return Address
Please send returns only to the address provided by our team after your return is approved. Our business address listed below does not accept returns, and parcels sent there cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@bynovanoir.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. Return shipping for the original item follows our Return Shipping Cost terms above, and we'll ship your new item free of charge.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
