Refund policy

Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Shipping Cost Returns are free both ways, whether you've simply changed your mind or received a defective or incorrect item. There is no cost to you for returning an item within the 30-day window.

Condition for Return Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Email hello@bynovanoir.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@bynovanoir.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange the exchange, with shipping covered both ways.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
