Ordering
How long until my order arrives?
We prepare orders in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days and is free on every order, no minimum. Express takes 1–3 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@bynovanoir.com as soon as you can. If the parcel hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make the change.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We deliver within the United States only.
Sizing & Fit
Do your shoes run true to size?
Yes. Order the size you normally wear. If you're between sizes, take the larger one — particularly in boots you plan to wear with thick socks.
Are the boots wide enough for a wider foot?
Most of our western and winter boots have a generous shaft and a rounded or snip toe. If you usually need a wide fit, take the next size up and email us at hello@bynovanoir.com — we can point you to the roomiest styles.
What if the size is wrong?
Return it within 30 days, unworn and with tags, for a full refund — or contact us and we'll exchange it for the right size, free both ways.
The Bundle Discount
How does it work?
Two pairs takes 15% off. Three pairs takes 25% off. It applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Do the pairs have to match?
No. Mix boots, sneakers, slippers, and loafers, in any sizes or colors.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have?
30 days from the day your order arrives.
What condition do items need to be in?
Unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Returns are free both ways — there's no cost to you, whether you've changed your mind or something arrived wrong.
When will I get my money back?
We inspect returns as they arrive and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. Email us and we'll arrange the exchange for you — a different size, color, or item entirely — with shipping covered both ways.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout, and card details never reach us directly.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
