Hallie | Girls Clown Halloween Costume

Meet Hallie, a girls clown Halloween costume with a playfully spooky look. A big red-and-white striped ruffle collar frames the face, finished with a black bow tie and two fluffy red pompoms down the front. Red suspender straps and a white long-sleeve top scattered with black and red dots complete the circus look. It comes in two styles: a full-skirted dress or a jumpsuit with one striped leg and one black leg.

The dress version has a glossy black skirt that flares out over a striped ruffle hem, so it swishes as she moves. The jumpsuit version has roomy, balloon-cut legs gathered into ruffled cuffs for an easy, playful fit. Both make an easy Halloween costume for trick-or-treating, school parades, and any Halloween party outfit. Pair one sibling in the dress and another in the jumpsuit for a coordinated group Halloween costume that photographs well together.
