Rowena is a long sleeve velvet mini dress built around one dramatic detail: wide bell sleeves that open into sheer floral lace at the cuffs. Soft black velvet, a straight cold-shoulder neckline edged in scalloped lace, and a flared skirt give it a romantic, gothic outline that feels made for the darker months.

The bodice sits close through the waist before the skirt swings out to a mini length, so it moves easily whether you're mingling or dancing. Slim straps hold the neckline in place while leaving the shoulders bare. Wear it as your Halloween dress this year, where it reads instantly as a witch or vampire look with the right accessories, then bring it back for holiday parties, concerts and winter cocktail evenings.
