Tallulah is a women's jester Halloween costume built around one bold idea: soft black velvet cut through with crisp black-and-white checks. A checkered panel runs straight down the bodice, a gray pointed ruffle collar frames the neckline, and a peplum of jester flaps swings out over layers of gray tulle, each point finished with a white pom-pom.

The two-piece set pairs the bell-sleeve top with cropped pants split down the middle in black velvet and gray satin, gathered into checkered cuffs just below the knee. Style it playful or a little eerie, depending on your makeup and accessories. It's a standout among adult Halloween costumes for house parties, themed nights, trick-or-treat duty, and group Halloween costumes with friends who love a classic circus-meets-gothic look.
